GSMS Construction Ltd is a London construction company led by director Mandeep Singh. We build new-build homes, extensions, RC frames, basements and groundworks, and supply diggers and dumpers with trained drivers.

Mandeep Singh
Mandeep has been the director of GSMS Construction since March 2022. He oversees our residential and new-build projects, plans the work and resources, and checks quality on site as each job progresses.
He learned the trade on site. Mandeep started as a general operative in 2011 and worked his way up through groundworks and site management, all the way to site coordinator on HS2, one of the biggest infrastructure projects in the UK.
That background is why GSMS runs its own groundworks, formwork and plant. Mandeep knows what goes wrong on a site when the dig, the concrete and the build are split between different firms.
